Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your handcrafted Burleigh pottery; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully wrap each piece of pottery in its original protective tissue and bubble wrap before placing it back into the sturdy shipping box to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
